Rewards Policy
Rewards points are issued on qualifying purchases only.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Qualifying purchases may exclude taxes, shipping charges, fees, discounted items, promotional items, gift cards, and other excluded products.
Returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent orders may result in points being removed or adjusted.
Abuse of the rewards system may result in rewards removal, account limitations, or order review.
Wabash River Reptiles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped according to product type, weather conditions, carrier availability, and safe transit standards.
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may change due to holidays, carrier delays, weather, or operational needs.
Live animal shipments may be held or rescheduled when conditions are not safe for the animal.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and monitoring delivery status once an order has shipped.
Live Animal Policy
Live animal purchases must comply with all local, state, and federal laws in the buyer’s area. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legality before placing an order.
All live animal sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly covered under a written live arrival guarantee.
Animals must be inspected promptly upon arrival. Any issue with a live arrival must be reported within the timeframe stated in your live arrival terms, along with clear photos and any required documentation.
Failure to follow shipping, pickup, or reporting instructions may void any live arrival coverage.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live animals, feeder products, and certain consumable goods, many items may not be eligible for return.
Non-live merchandise may be considered for return only if unused, in original condition, and approved in advance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds, if approved, are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise required.
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window or by approved arrangement.
The customer is responsible for arriving on time and bringing any needed transport materials for live animals or temperature-sensitive products.
Failure to collect an order within the agreed timeframe may result in rescheduling, cancellation, or loss of eligibility for certain guarantees, depending on the product type.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Orders that have already been packed, processed, scheduled, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation is approved, any non-recoverable processing costs, special-order costs, or carrier-related expenses may be deducted where allowed.
